That's a very cool map, although I'm not sure I like the content.
Seems like the cheapest gas is in the places no one wants to live - Montana, Wyoming and Utah.
I know it's a complicated system, with gas taxes and additives, but it's becoming pathetic.
Here in NJ (south) we are heavily commuter oriented, with little public transit and miles between us and our jobs. So, it winds up costing us more to do nothing but go to work.
